A = Miyuki 11/0 SEED bead, #, 71* + 5 for one end + 52 for toggle and loop
B = Miyuki 1.8mm Cube bead, #142, 26* + 12 for toggle
**Bead Counts are per 2 Units, 2 Units are approximately 3/4"
Nymo D, C-Lon Thread or Fire line (4 or 6 pound), #11 or #12 beading needle
Start by
waxing and stretching your thread. Tie in a “stopper” bead, leaving about a
8-10” tail and begin at step #1.
1. Pick up 6A, go with thread forward through the 1st through 4th A beads just added in this step.
2. Pick up 4B, go with thread up through the 4th A bead, step #1, and forward through the 1st b bead just added in this step.3. a) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 2nd B bead, step #2.
b) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 3rd B bead, step #2.
4. Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 4th and 1st B beads, step #2, and the 1 A bead, step #3a.
5. Pick up 4B, go with thread left to right through the 1 A bead, step #3a, and forward through the 1st B bead just added in this step.
6. a) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 2nd B bead, step #5.
b) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 3rd B bead, step #5.
7. Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 4th and 1st B beads, step #5, and the 1 A bead, step #6a.
8. Pick up 3A, go with thread right to left through the 1 A, bead, step #6b.
9. Pick up 3A, go with thread forward through the 3rd A bead, step #8, right to left through the 1 A bead, step #6b, and forward through the 1st and 2nd A beads just added in this step.
10. Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 3rd A bead, step #9, the 3rd A bead, step #8, the 1 A bead, step #6a, and the 1st A bead, step #9.
11. Pick up 2A, go with thread down through the 1 A bead, step #7, the 4th B bead, step #5, 1 a bead, step #3a, 2nd B bead, step #2, and the 1 A bead, step #3b.
12. Pick up 5A, go with thread down through the 1 A bead, step #3b, the 3rd B bead, step #2 and right to left through the 1 A bead, step #4.
13. Pick up 4B, go with thread right to left through the 1 A bead, step #4 and the 1st B bead just added in this step.
14. a) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 2nd B bead, step #13.
b) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 3rd B bead, step #13.
c) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 4th and 1st B beads, step #13, and the 1 A bead, added in this step at (a).
15. a) Pick up 3A, go with thread left to right through the 1 A, bead, step #14b.
b) Pick up 3A, go with thread foward through the 3rd A bead, added in this step at (a), the 1 A bead, step #14b, and the 1st and 2nd A beads just added in this step.
16. a) Pick up 1A, go with thread forward through the 3rd A bead, step #15b, the 3rd A bead, step #15a, the 1 A bead, step #14b, and the 1st A bead, step #15b.
b) Pick up 2A, go with working thread and follow the blue dotted line in illustration through unit, coming out with thread up through the 3rd A bead, step #12.
1 Unit complete.
17. Pick up 4B, go with thread up through the 1 A bead, step #12 and the 1st B bead just added in this step.
18. Repeat steps #3 and #4.
19. Repeat steps #5 through #10.
20. Pick up 2A, go with thread down through 1 A bead added in a repeat of step #7.
21. Pick up 1A, 1B, go with working thread around the thread between the 4th and 5th A beads added in step #12, and up through the 1 B bead just added in this step.
22. Pick up 1A, go with thread up through the 1 A bead, step #6a, and the 1st A bead, step #8, in the left side Unit.
23. Pick up 1A, go with thread down through the 2nd A bead, step #20, the 1 A bead, step #7, the 4th B bead, step #5, 1 a bead, step #3a, 2nd B bead, step #2, and the 1 A bead, step #3b.
24. Pick up 5A, go with thread down through the 1 A bead, step #3b, the 3rd B bead, step #2 and right to left through the 1 A bead, step #4.
25. Repeat steps #13 and #14.
26. Pick up 2A, go with thread up through the 2nd A bead, step #16b, and the 1 A bead, step #14c, in the left side Unit.
27. Pick up 1A, 1B, go with working thread around the thread between the 1st and 2nd A beads, step #12, and down through the 1 B bead just added in this step.
28. Pick up 1A, go with thread down through the 1 A bead, step #14a repeat, and the 1st A bead, step #26.
29. Pick up 2A, go with thread left to right through the 1 A bead, step #14b repeat.
30. Pick up 3A, go with thread left to right through the 2nd A bead, step #29, the 1 A bead, step #14b repeat, the 1st and 2nd A beads just added in this step.
31. a) Pick up 1A, go with thread left to right through the 2nd A bead, step #29, the 1 A bead, step #14b repeat, and the 1st A bead, step #30.
b) Pick up 2A, go with working thread and follow the blue dotted line in illustration through unit, coming out with thread up through the 3rd A bead, step #24.
32. Continue by repeating steps #17 through #31 until the bracelet is the length that you would like. Add clasps of your choice on both ends Continue with thread around through the
clasp beads several times for strength. Weave the working thread into the
necklace and end.
